19.09.1919 Foundation of the
company P. Müller by Peter Müller
Peter Müller built up his expertise in precision tools early on before the company was founded. As a specialist with a lot of experience in the gauge industry, he founded the company P. Müller on 19.09.1919. When the company was founded, only micrometers were manufactured.
1959 Company growth
Due to constant expansion, the former premises were built in the industrial area of Ober-Ramstadt in 1959. Over the years, these measuring tools were replaced by the production of gauges of all kinds.
1972 Takeover by the founder's son Peter J. Müller
In 1972, the son of the company founder, Peter Jakob Müller, took over the management of the company and the company form was changed to a limited liability company (GmbH).
2002 Takeover by Alfred Burzan and Thomas Breitwieser,
2005 Relocation to Roßdorf
At the new company headquarters in Roßdorf, "everything is under one roof" - production, warehouse and office are immediately accessible via short routes.
2019 Thomas Breitwieser becomes sole shareholder and managing director
Shareholder-managing director Alfred Burzan retires for reasons of age, but continues to support P. Müller in an advisory capacity.
TODAY - P. Müller is one of the market leaders
Today, P. Müller GmbH is one of the most important manufacturers in the industry. A qualified workforce and high-quality machine tools and testing equipment put us in a position to manufacture circular fit gauges, thread gauges, special gauges, as well as gauges and devices according to drawings with the highest precision to customer requirements.
Thanks to a large finished stock, standard dimensions in various standards can be delivered within a maximum of two days.
Business relationships with customers from a wide range of industries, some of which go back decades, show that the quality at P. Müller is right. In the last few years, the area of service has been expanded. The company is able to carry out larger inspection orders within a maximum of two weeks.
P. Müller sees itself today as a service provider. This means the shortest possible processing times for quotations, order confirmations and deliveries with high quality and favourable prices.
